Ingredients
- seafood, shellfish
- clam juice
- seafood broth
- thyme
- oregano
- parsley
- basil
- garlic
- white wine
- lemon zest
- onion/leeks
- celery
- tomato
- fennel
Instructions
- Throw it all except the seafood into a pot and simmer for a while.
- Add the seafood and simmer until done.
- Serve with crusty bread.
